Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Standards

Introduction

Qingdao Tilong Software Co., Ltd. adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and strictly prohibits any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

We explicitly prohibit any content or behavior related to CSAE, including but not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any depiction of minors engaging in explicit sexual activities, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated images.
  • Child Sexual Exploitation: Any content or behavior that exploits, induces, or coerces minors to participate in sexual activities or related behaviors.
  • Sextortion: Extorting minors or other users by threatening to distribute sensitive content (e.g., nude images).
  • Grooming or Enticing Minors: Any attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with minors or entice them into inappropriate behavior.
  • Other Illegal Activities: Any content or behavior that violates international or local child protection laws.

Content Moderation and Detection Mechanisms

  • Automated Scanning: We use advanced machine learning technology to scan user-uploaded images and text content to detect potential prohibited content.
  • Human Review: A team conducts further review of suspicious content to ensure accuracy.

Reporting and Response

Reports involving CSAE behavior are prioritized.

Account Penalties and Enforcement

Users who violate this policy will face strict penalties, including:

  • Immediate removal of offending content.
  • Permanent suspension of the related account.
  • Reporting to judicial authorities with retention of relevant evidence.
